Borková peat bog is a nature reserve in the Český Krumlov district. It is located in the Šumava Mountains in the floodplain of the Vltavice ravine, on the right bank of the Lipno valley reservoir at the mouth of the Rothovský stream, 2 km southwest of the settlement of Dolní Vltavice. It is part of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area (PLA). The reason for its protection is the valley peat bog (the last remnant of the extensive peat bogs flooded by the Lipno valley reservoir) with stands of Scots pine, sedge stands and the occurrence of rare and endangered species of plants and animals, an important nesting ground for water birds.
