WP3: Protective measures
Objective: Habitat restoration and support of target species.
Main activities: Planting native trees, maintaining habitats. Increasing deadwood and protecting old trees. Removing invasive plant species and testing new methods.
Outputs: Restored habitats, increased biodiversity and reduction of invasive species.
WP4: Monitoring and evaluation
Objective: To monitor the effectiveness of the measures and evaluate the project results.
Main activities: Regular monitoring of the status of habitats and species. Impact assessment and recommendations for further care.
Outputs: Status and impact reports, recommendations for future management.
WP5: Communication and awareness-raising
Objective: To raise public awareness and disseminate project results.
Main activities: Websites, information boards, promotional materials. Workshops, excursions and cooperation with schools and the public. Dissemination of results in the form of methodologies, conferences and cooperation.
Outputs: Involvement of the public, volunteers and transfer of results to other regions.

Objective: Effective project management and partner cooperation.
Main activities: Financial and administrative management of the project. Regular communication and coordination of partners. Preparation of reports for the European Commission.
Outputs: Functional coordination team and timely reports.
WP2: Preparatory studies and planning
Objective: To obtain detailed information on the status of habitats, species and invasive plants.
Main activities: Mapping and assessment of forest habitats. Monitoring of target species populations. Mapping and eradication plan for invasive species.
Outputs: Study of the status of habitats and species, restoration plans and methodology for the elimination of invasive species.
